Yeah, there's no way, judging by the Day 0 pictures.

Anyways, losing more than 1.5 lbs a day is unhealthy...

great job with the workouts, do you think this is something you can do long term? =)

losing 1# a week is more realistic (deficit of 500kcal/day since 3500kcal = 1#)and anymore than that isn't healthy...
